FAQ'S

Processing and shipping

All orders are processed (fulfilled) within 5-7 BUSINESS days. We currently only offer U.S. domestic shipping where all orders are delivered within 8-14 days.

We do ship with USPS and DHL and DO NOT have control over which carrier is used - some college dorms do not accept packages from USPS, please check before placing an order!

Refunds and returns

We offer a strict no refund and no return policy UNLESS you want to cancel an order BEFORE it's started the fulfillment process. If there was an issue during transit / shipping please understand it's all third party outsourced and out of our control. This will require contact to local shipping centers.

Orders with failed delivery due to the buyers address not being formatted correct are also non-refundable.


Finally, orders placed with the wrong size or shipping address can be altered ONLY if the order has NOT been sent to fulfillment already, if it has been fulfilled than this is also non-refundable as we already expended costs per product. We do not offer returns or replacements for wrong sizes as each item is made to order and would double our cost, if you have ordered the wrong size and it is too late to alter you will need to order again to replace it.
